When will my BILTONG arrive?
We ship fast! Most orders across the U.S. land on your doorstep within 3-5 business days. We'll send you a tracking link the second it leaves our smokehouse.

How long does it stay fresh?
Our craft BILTONG is best enjoyed within 6 months if unopened. Once you tear into a bag, keep it sealed in a cool, dry place and try to finish it within a week for peak flavor.
Where is BiltoBro located?
We're based in the heart of the country, operating on Central Time. While we're mainly an online shop, we love our local retail partners and neighborhood jerky fans.
